Log additional information about the synchronized clock and ping between client & server:

The dispatcher is tasked with running client code callbacks on the game main thread. When ticking, it tries to run as many events as possible, and stops if it ran for more than the duration specified by the game. It’s possible to generate warnings in the Stormancer logs if all pending events could not be processed:
